RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most products can be returned and exchanged, however this is dependent on each brand’s policy. If you wish to make a return please contact us via the contact form, state your order number (found on your receipt) and we will get back to you asap to discuss what we can do.

Typically, the following policies apply:

  • Item must be in its original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, with no damages and all tags still attached
  • For hygiene purposes some cosmetics, earrings, and underwear cannot be returned
  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact
  • Non-faulty products are assessed on a case-by-case basis

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

Things aren't always perfect, but we’d like to do our best to amend mistakes when they happen. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item please get into contact with us! Send us an email via our contact form, state your order number (found on your receipt) and outline the details of the faulty or incorrect item. We will then notify you on what to do next.
